Alliance seems to have shifted their strategy in an interesting way.  Tactically, they used to talk about the County Supervisors  approving this project for jobs and taxes. The latest banner ad they just put up says “Will La Paz County Miss Out On New Jobs? Encourage Supervisor Duce Minor to support Alliance Metals USA $30 million investment.” What happened to the other supervisors? I wonder how Supervisor Duce Minor feels about being singled out.
